Discover the causes of perfectionism and gain practical pointers to deal with it - for yourself or others.
Issues covered include:
- What perfectionism is and how it develops
- What physical and emotional responses/symptoms it causes
- How to find a 'balanced perfectionism'
- How to 'go on and grow on' into spiritual rest and confidence
Each chapter includes case studies, activities, a reflection and a prayer. With a Foreward by Stephen Cottrell, Bishop of Reading, this book will help those struggling with perfectionism and those seeking to help and counsel them.
