About Gloria Gaither:
Gloria Gaither is the author or coauthor of 42 books, numerous articles and published academic papers and literature. She has been inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame and has been distinguished with honorary doctorates from six universities. She is the lyricist for more than 700 songs written with her husband, composer Bill Gaither, several of which have received Grammy and Dove awards. Together they were named songwriter of the Century in the field of Christian music. Gloria and Bill live in Alexandria, Indiana, where they began their lives together46 years ago. She will tell you that their best contribution has been their three children and six grandchildren, who regularly crowd around the oak table in their big country kitchen to laugh and tell stories.
